Guest passes are on sale for $12 each and are good for as long as you have them. Daily adult trail fees are weekend $13.50 this year and will go to $15.00 next year ***I have alway felt that we have a huge advantage over most XC ski areas as we get snow on average 5 days a week. This gives us soft snow. The Alpina lets us keep this advantage as it has a ground pressure of .38 pounds per square inch. The typical snowcat has from .76 to .99 pounds per square inch ground pressure. Yet with a 4 cylinder automobile engine it has the power to renovate old snow when needed. With 4 times the power and twice the weight of our current groomer we will be able to turn the big dumps of snow into skiable conditions much quicker. Last but not least, as a four stroke this machine is much easier on the enviroment. The Sherpa is sheduled for delivery 01/30/09. The Ginzu should be here about a week later. This groomer should be a benefit for all who ski here. We are running the groomer fund sale to help with the purchase price. upgraded waxes / recreation area, wireless internet connection, Peltonen skis and toko waxesWe have 40k of daily groomed trails, the largest selection of cross country ski equipment in NY State, group rates giving you additional savings on equipment and trail fees. Senior and youth rates, snack bar, etc...Rentaflexibilty We are a cross country ski center. To maximize your enjoyment, we do not allow snowshoeing, ets, tubing, or hiking on the premises. |
