The Osceola Tug Hill XC Ski Center has been in business for over 40 years, but we are just four years into our stewardship of this gorgeous land. We are still not sure how Hugh Quinn managed to develop and run this ski center single handedly. His help in our first ski season was invaluable and we are excited for our second season on our own. We have been hard at work improving the lodge and trails. Thomas is ready to create a winter zen garden for your enjoyment!
We are a privately owned, "for profit" business. As such, we charge a fee to ski on the property and sadly no dogs are allowed on the trails. There are free and dog-friendly options available close by with plenty of State Forest land surrounding us in Upstate New York. Winona Forest and BREIA are grant-funded and/or land trusts that receive funding to support the cost of grooming and improvements. We sadly do not enjoy the same and gas, equipment, time and effort all have a cost for us. We are commited to keeping prices low AND maintaining upkeep and modest improvements to the land and buildings at the Osceola Tug HIll XC Ski Center. Thank you for your continued support.
